GANCHO SWING
C. Gergoris, G. Ligabue | Cuba, Italy | 2015
Rooted in the society in the form of entertainment, sport is only a work like another: a commodity forced to reply to the law of the market and certainly not to the values of which the sports practice should or could be the bearer. But what in in the world seems to be granted, in Cuba it reveals different and , as by magic, the participation triumphs on the competitiveness, a sense of loyalty and ethics excels on the morals of the result at all costs and the olympic spirit outclasses the idea of professionalism. An adventure of commitment and sweat told across the evocative power of images and the voices of the protagonists in Gancho Swing.
