Yukai Ebisuno, Raffaella Mantegazza | Italy/Honduras | 2012 | 24'

There is a place in the middle of the Honduras mountains, in Plan De Barrio community, where the time flows along with magic rituals and prayers. An elderly woman walks barefoot in the mountains. A man dies accompanied by an angel. "Spiriti" tells about the rituals and the ancestors of this community, the courage of the inhabitants fighting against the corporation and the governement intending to purchase the land.

"Spiriti" has participated in numerous Italian and international festivals including Torino Film Festival 2012; EtnofilmFest 2013; Oaxaca Film Festival and Cine a la Calle - Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes (Colombia); Salon Internacional de la Luz ( Colombia) - Best Documentary Photography Direction.
