Starting from the story of the Titanic as a metaphor for the economic crisis and loss of values that Europe is going through, Cantieri Meticci offers two artistic paths to create a dialogue and a shared project between citizens and migrants.

3 theatre workshops involving Italians and refugees to create artistic and narrative material starting from some questions: what is the role of art and culture during a crisis? What are the icebergs that have affected our world? What is the contribution of people arriving in our world, which is trying to stay afloat? What innovations arise from sinking?

The violin of the Titanic is an interactive show bringing viewers aboard the same boat as the refugees, in order to let them experience dynamics and questions generated by the world sinking and the struggle for surviving.
