Miah, a Bengali immigrant living in Italy since many years, decided to open a VAT to regularize his position as a peddler. He works to send money regularly in Bangladesh to his wife Beauty and his son Jubayar. This month, however, Miah did not send any money and did not call. He decided to shoot a video in which he secretly films the activities of his small shop, his "Sexy Shopping", in which he confesses to his wife the difficulties of living in Italy. Recently he has suffered an injustice: a fine of 1,032 Euros by the police for having sold his products in a non-authorized area. Miah works every evening to pay his debt and at the same time to send money to his family. A chance to talk about the crisis and the discomfort of the new generations.

Antonio Benedetto was born in 1971 in Termoli (CB), he lives and works in Bologna. In 2004 he published the novel "E’ tardi, cazzo". In 2008 he was assistant director of the documentary "Sergov" by Danilo Caracciolo and Roberto Montanari. 

Adam Selo was born in Naples in 1979. After graduating in 2006 in Art, Music and Cinema at the University of Bologna, he continued to live in Bologna. Since 2004, with other filmmakers he is responsible of the Elenfant Distribution, in the organization Elenfant Film.
