A random refugee wanders without purpose or direction 150 kilometer above the arctic circle.

Presented at numerous international festivals, "Adrift" won the Best Docushort award in 2013 at the Skepto International Film Festival.

Frederik Jan Depickere is author and director of short movies and documentaries. He realized "Not Quite the Taliban", winner of several international awards, and "The Desert Chronicles", that won the  Best International Documentary Award at the Euganes Movie Movement 2008. His short film "Solipsoid" has been selected in 2012 at the London International Documentary Festival.

Concorto Film Festival is iaimed at promoting short films and at generating contacts among audience, young directors and professionals. Nowadays Concorto is one of the better known festivals focused on short films on a national level: it takes part to the Italian delegation to the Clermont-Ferrand festival and has numeous collaborations with international festivals. Morever, it has produced several important movies.
