PREMIAZIONI
There are 26 films in competition at the twelfth edition of the Terra di Tutti Film Festival which, like last year, will compete for four prizes worth € 1,000 each announced at the Cinema Lumière in Bologna on Sunday, October 14th at 7.45 pm.
The awards Lo Porto and Senni are now “classic”, dedicated to the colleague and friend Giovanni Lo Porto, killed by a raid by US drones while he was held hostage by the Taliban in Pakistan, on January 15, 2015, the Award goes to recognize the best audiovisual for human rights and in defense of the peace. The jury this year is composed by Nelson Bova, journalist RAI ER; Marco Ripoldi, theater actor (currently engaged in the new show by Paolo Rossi) and iconic face of Il Terzo Segreto di Satira; Vincenzo Branà, journalist and president of the Arcigay club Il Cassero and Marianna Cappi, film critic and screenwriter.
The Benedetto Senni Prize, on the other hand, is awarded to the best documentary dedicated to the fight against poverty and sustainable development. Luca Senni and a jury presided by the journalist Stefano Liberti will be able to see the films in competition to attribute the award.
We are very proud to be able to confirm the other two prizes awarded in 2017, the result of a double collaboration born on the territory, the one with Coop Alleanza 3.0 and with Emilbanca. In the first case, it is assigned by a jury composed by the members of Coop Alliance 3.0 - who will attend an exclusive private screening at the MET site of Meri Cantieri - a prize for the best female-themed audiovisual: the prize "Voices of invisible women". To the "under 35", this time in front of the camera, is dedicated the prize "Stories of invisible young people" sponsored by EmilBanca, also assigned by a composed popular jury.
