Producers pay a contribution, which falls on all citizen, to recycle and dispose the plastics materials. But the waste disappear from our country before being processed; being sent mainly to China and used to make toys and other objects that we buy at down market. Sometimes these things are confiscated because they contains toxic substances. This inquiry analyses these cases.
