Prove costituenti 3  is shot in Bologna in the Penal Institute for Minors of Pratello. The main characters are the teenagers from the Institute. After having taken part in a video setup laboratory, they try to practice what they have learned. In this way they create a docu-clip on propriety as a subject, being inspired by the articles n.3 and n. 42 of the Italian Constitution. Prove Costituenti 3 is part of a triptych directed by Agnese Mattanò including considerations on rights, duties, freedom of youngsters satying at the Penal Institute Pratello. The short video is full of thoughts, reflections, creations underlining the youngsters' point of view.

Agnese Mattanò is born in Matera in 1967. She studies theatre in Naples and then moves to Paris where she attends the Ecole de mime corporel dramatique. Soon she takes part in the Théatre de l'ange fou company and participates to various international festivals. She directed mime seminars in Paris, Naples and Corea. On 1999 she moves to Bologna, where she starts working as an educator in the Atlantide cooperative and in the meantime cultivates her passion for editing, studying in order to become a film maker. She collaborates with the contemporary dancing company Lavori in corso directed by Paola Palmini and becomes charter member of the cooperative of Pratello Theatre until 2011. It’s been seven years that she organizes laboratories for schools, ministerial communities and detention home.
