According to a recent survey concerning coffee farmers, most of Mexican, Guatemalan and Nicaraguan farmers (about 67%) don’t have a regular diet for 3-8 months per year, due to the coffee rate production. It is therefore necessary to diversify the job. The movie describes several successful projects on food security.

Brian Kimmel is producer and photography director at Optic Nerve Productions. Since 1994 he is photo director and  video editor.  Before After the Harvest , he produced Ingredients, a documentary on organic and local products consumption
