"Harga" shows the dreams of a generation born under the glare of the deceptive opulence imposed by the modern society. In a world where there isn't any place for the outcasts, where everything is conditioned from the place of birth, where the district in which they live defines our future. They dream about distant places. To escape from the poverty some of them choose between to act and to suffer; to depart or to die. "Harga" it brings us to know the silent cry of a generation that is thirsty of liberty, to change their own existence and to be protagonist of their own life.
