An ex general, a recruiter and some members of the civil society analyze the greatest modern scandal of the history of Latin America, in which some people are been murdered by the Colombian army and then more than 2000 innocent people were exchanged for hostile dejected in fight in the endless war against the guerrilleros of the FARCs.
