Fawzia Koofi, the first woman elected as deputy speaker in the Afghan Parliament, gives us an insight of Kabul life on the eve of presidential elections. The camera follows her during a very particular working day and in her private life as mother. Her thoughts and the characters she meets tell us the deep and troubled transition that the country faces: a change involving the status of women as well.
