During the xenophobic attacks burst in South Africa in 2008, lots of people were shocked by that violence, that also meant a violation of the principles of their new democratic nation, a country that still was in struggle against the apartheid, widespread poverty, unemployment and racial and economical divisions. In two months 62 people were killed, hundreds wounded and a many were left without a house. "Where do I stand? “ is a close look  at the lives of some young people who try to find their own place in this complex and divided nation.
