Escaping from extreme poverty to assure survival of their family, women of Sri Lanka leave their country to work as house-servants in Lebanon. In the greater part of cases they found themselves in a worse situation than that they have left behind. Deprived of passports, confined in the houses, they work uninterruptedly: some try to run away, some other attempt suicide.
