Meta Compartida tells the adventure of Miguel and Rafa in the fugitive fields Saharawi of Tinduf, Algeria. The protagonists are two maratonetis of Valencia that decide to give their support to the national cause of the people of the Western Sahara, participating in the Sahara Marathon, an international sporting initiative for the rights of the Saharawis, people that from 30 years wait their return in their own country, currently under occupation of Morocco.
In the film is told the cohabitation between the maratonetis and the families saharawi, and this lead them to participate in the hardest marathon of the planet, 42 kilometers in the desert. An experience that will change their life.
