Radio la Colifata

Radio la Colifata is the first radio in the world that emits from a psychiatric hospital, the first to give voice to those who have no voice. The programs are totally realized by the patients of the psychiatric hospital José Borda di Buenos Aires, Argentina. In April 2003 Radio la Colifata organizes a symbolic election poll inside the hospital, the day before the presidential elections, to allow to the patients closed in the hospital to express their vote. The result inside and outside is just the same.
