    Copper Age

    Ivo Bystrican | 2010 | Repubblica Ceca | 54'

Zambia is a country extremely in debt, it based its economy on the incomes of copper industry, which is a widespread mineral in all the country. The whole population had benefits from it. Then, the price of the copper increased, mines were sold, the price of the copper normalized but the country cannot have any benefits from it now. This is a documentary that tells the absurd story of the global economy where even European money plays a role.
