Specialists have given the alarm about scarcity of worldwide drinkable water resources, about repartitions inequities and constant increase of demand.

Two lands of the Sahel, are facing different processes of water administration: in Burkina Faso the government has maintained a public administration; in Nigeria, instead, the water administration was commissioned  to a private, world leader, French firm, without any improvement.
