Italian and Moroccan Hip hop meet; from Bologna, Italy, Soul Fusion and Area051; from Casablanca, Morocco, FatiShow, the woman’s face of Moroccan rap.

 

After leaving “Mot de Passe”, Fati embarked on a solo career, braving the male-dominated Moroccan hip hop scene on her own. In 2006 she relocated to Casablanca were she’s currently in her third year of college, and continues to write and record new songs. In 2007 she and her friend DJ Déess started a promotion and event-planning company that specializes in parties and corporate events with hip hop style. Today, her motto is: “I do what I like and  like what I do”.

 

Soul Fusion is an emerging rap group, born in Bologna in 2008. In 2009 they produced their first album “impatto metrico”, which collects pieces that talk about racism and immigration, like “ClandestinoItalia”. They were protagonist in the cartoon (2009) “Cartoon News”

 

ARENA 051, workshop of music and hip hop culture of C.S. TPO, Bologna, born from the passion and the need to valorize and go into the knowledge of hip hop culture. With the aim to spread his original message of rebellion and antiracism and tries to escape the models imposed by the medias.
